Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by building relationships with new and existing target customers. Specification is key to the success of the business, therefore a minimum of 90% of all activity should focus on consulting engineers in securing specifications. With a keen eye on developing relationship marketing opportunities with existing and new target customers, the successful post holder will make the best use of lead information to identify projects relevant to key market sectors. With this key knowledge they will secure specifications and business opportunities. It also may be necessary to carry out site surveys when required and provide design, product selection and installation advice to customers.
