BMS Trend Engineer (HVAC) LONDON

£50K D.O.E

Overview:
The BMS Trend Engineer will manage bespoke BMS projects from sale to hand-over, ensuring timely delivery and quality through technical design, testing, commissioning, and client liaison. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to work with a property maintenance provider specialising in gas and electrical installation and maintenance solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Electrician.
  • 963 Operators, 963 Engineering (desirable).
  • System Engineering and IQ Engineering (essential).
  • Strategy Design and BACnet Network Engineering (desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in delivering high-value BMS projects within budget.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Building Management Systems.
  • Excellent time and people management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Full driving license.
