Overview:
The BMS Trend Engineer will manage bespoke BMS projects from sale to hand-over, ensuring timely delivery and quality through technical design, testing, commissioning, and client liaison. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to work with a property maintenance provider specialising in gas and electrical installation and maintenance solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Electrician.
963 Operators, 963 Engineering (desirable).
System Engineering and IQ Engineering (essential).
Strategy Design and BACnet Network Engineering (desirable).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in delivering high-value BMS projects within budget.
Exceptional knowledge of Building Management Systems.
Excellent time and people management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Full driving license.
