Overview:
Join a leading bespoke manufacturing company serving the HVAC and process industries as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for developing awareness and demand for products through engagement with consultants, contractors, and end-users. Your role will involve delivering presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that sales targets are met in a specified geographical area.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of consultants, contractors, and end-users within the HVAC or process industry.
- Experience in sales, mechanical, electrical, or heating engineering.
- Thorough understanding of HVAC components, including boilers, heat pumps, chillers, and plate heat exchangers.
- Proficient in IT programs (Word, Excel, CRM) and familiar with market conditions and competitor insights.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Field-based work experience with flexibility to meet business needs.
