Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships within a defined territory. You will work closely with project markets, retail showrooms, installers, and specifiers, ensuring that the Sycamore brand thrives through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

You have a successful track record in field sales, ideally within building products. You’re a natural at building relationships, negotiating deals, and managing accounts. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for driving growth, and can thrive in both independent and team environments, this role is for you.
What will your role look like?
- Achieving territory sales targets and developing sales strategies.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Providing technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Managing customer pricing, forecasts, and negotiations.
- Organizing customer training sessions and ensuring product presence in branches.
- Collaborating with the sales team and sharing insights through the CRM system.
