Head of Group Sales
£115k basic + (50% O.T.E.)
The purpose of this role is to inspire, lead, motivate and develop the overall sales functions of the business across the branch network to achieve outstanding performance and growth across market sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual sales strategic plan to drive sales and revenue growth across the business.
- Lead and inspire all Branch Managers to ensure sales and margin are optimised in all areas within their branch.
- Present to the Board of Directors monthly, analysing previous months’ sales and business performance year to date. Provide accurate summary of the performance by branch, department and product group areas.
- Identify improvements to current processes across the branches and work with Managers to implement as necessary.
- Develop key relationships with existing customers, new and potential customers as well as suppliers.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal staff such as Directors, Branch Managers and the Sales Team.
