Overview:
The Head of Operations will oversee service, maintenance, and repairs for commercial contracts within the HVAC sector. This role involves ensuring compliance with KPIs, managing Field Operations Managers, and enhancing client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering service in a commercially and operationally successful manner while maintaining exceptional client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing plant repairs, monitoring contract performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A Level or NVQ 3 qualified; ACS qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, etc.) are essential.
  • Over 3 years of management experience, with a proven track record in supervising teams.
  • Experience managing commercial aspects of contracts, particularly gas servicing.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence and develop teams.
  • Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel as necessary.
