Regional Business Manager - Key Accounts
£50K - £65K + up to 20% O.T.E

Our client is a world leader in intelligent electric heating and renewable energy solutions. They hold significant global market positions in domestic appliances, cooling, and ventilation. Their Trade & Social Housing department is dedicated to driving sales growth through Distribution, Wholesale, and Merchant channels, while enhancing product specifications within the social housing sector.
Main Purpose of the Role:
As the Regional Business Manager - Key Accounts, you will be responsible for increasing the companies presence in the social housing market. This includes engaging with key regional social landlords at head office level, promoting existing and new products, and driving sales within the New Build & Refurbishment social housing sector. You will also collaborate with local teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a regionally recognised individual, respected and known by key customers in the social housing, wholesaler, merchant, and distribution sectors.
- Have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior contacts in target markets.
- Possess a clear understanding of existing routes to market, with the ability to identify and exploit emerging opportunities.
- Demonstrate excellent personal organisational and project management skills.
- Show a keen ability to negotiate and manage customers while maintaining financial and commercial awareness.
- Have solid and demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets, setting goals, and working within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver regional sales strategies in line with overall business objectives.
- Support regional business development managers in identifying new build opportunities within the social housing sector.
- Align sales action plans with the regional business plan and objectives.
- Oversee CRM pipeline management, ensuring accurate and timely customer quotations aligned with regional pricing agreements.
- Identify and target new social housing providers for medium to long-term growth.
- Develop specification project opportunities from initial customer contact to securing product specifications.
- Build strong relationships with social housing decision-makers and professionals by delivering CPD presentations and ongoing project discussions.
