Key Accounts Manager  South/London

Competitive Salary + up to 22% O.T.E

(Bathroom Projects)

Overview:

  • This position will require you to develop new and repeat business for Geberit Bathroom products within the Client Developers & Larger Regional House Builders (RHB’s) in the south.
  • This includes the build to rent market, key main contractors, large Mechanical and Electrical contractors, and Project Partner Merchants.
  • Work alongside the Southern Projects team in securing specifications led by the Client Developers and RHB’s.
  • You will track these specifications and work closely in conjunction with the relevant Business Development Managers in the team to the point of conversion.
  • Take direct responsibility for developing relationships within these groups of customers to secure new and repeat business.
  • Share and log the detail of these projects in CRM and with your colleagues as appropriate.
  • Securing new project specifications in line with locally agreed targets and ensure an agreed amount of these specifications are converted to orders.

  • Develop a positive ongoing working relationship with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets
