Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple HVAC projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include developing project programs, coordinating with subcontractors, managing client relationships, and monitoring project progress against established timelines. You will be expected to communicate any delays or variations to clients and provide solutions to mitigate impacts on contracts. This role requires a proactive approach to managing resources and ensuring the successful execution of projects, particularly in the context of replacing district heating and hot water distribution systems in public buildings. You will also be involved in financial management and reporting, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent
• Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds, HNC in Mechanical or Electrical trade)
• ACS qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, etc.) are desirable
• Strong management and negotiation skills
• Excellent understanding of financial reporting and service delivery in the M&E sector
• Full driving license and excellent communication skills
