Regional Account Manager - Trade - Southwest Region

Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to oversee our clients sales growth within their OTC (Over the Counter) channels.
- Specifically increasing market presence and growth through Showrooms and Tier 2/Tier 3 Trade accounts.
- This role will be responsible for Implementing in-store training, promotional activities, and merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and sales conversions.
- The RAM will track and analyse showroom performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimise sales efforts, and report findings to leadership.
- Working in Collaboration with National & Key Account Managers to maintain and achieve effective outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain customer trust and loyalty.
- Strong ability to develop and execute account and call plans, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills.
- Proficiency in analysing sales performance data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
