Sean has himself been the person working closely with recruitment agencies to find the right candidate for a position, and he has seen the difference between agencies who ‘CV bash’, and simply send over the CVs of anyone on their books who might be even vaguely suitable, and those agencies who work closely alongside their clients to identify the exact right candidate for the job.
