Overview:
Our market leading client is seeking a competent Technical and Training Manager (TTM) to be fully accountable for its training strategy and delivery. The person fulfilling this role will work collaboratively to develop company strategy with a view to driving business growth and profitability in the renewable heating and cooling sector. Other duties include involvement in CAD drawings, technical submittals and pre/post order site surveys. Based in Ledbury, the TTM will possess the ability to travel across the UK with some European travel also necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

• Formal qualifications in the HVAC sector essential
• Hands on experience in hydronics (heating and cooling) systems design
• Technical support knowledge
• Ability to prepare and present training content
• Renewable energy/heatpump technical knowledge
