Overview:

  • This is a high-impact role for an energetic commercial leader to leverage relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for delivering a solution selling approach for the Ability products and solutions, maximising opportunity through the specification route to market. 
  • You'll be setting targets, implementing strategy and working closely with the General Manager and the Sales team to achieve the organisations goals. 
  • Specific focus on increasing Ability’s presence across M&E Contractors, Architects and Developers offering product solutions through the sales teams and agents in the Light Commercial / Domestic Markets.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrable experience working with M&E contractors, developers, architects.
  • Proven sales leadership and performance management capability.
  • Track record in adding proven growth of customer base and relationship building.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of professional sales process and methodologies. Rigorous and disciplined in their application.
  • Highly effective communicator coupled with experience of influencing across management teams to implement a sales strategy across a regionally diverse team.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets personally and through leadership.
  • Excellent Inter-personal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Senior influencer with excellent negotiation and customer management skills
  • Good financial acumen and strong commercial awareness
